The 12G-SDI to HDMI 2.0 4K Broadcast Signal Converter from AVMATRIX is an ultracompact signal converter in a robust metal housing. It features a 12G-SDI input, a 12G-SDI loop output, and one HDMI 2.0 output that support resolutions up to DCI/UHD 4K60. The SC1112-12G can reliably be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without interruptions, lag, or delay.
The SC1112-12G has a 5V USB-C port for power and an LED indicator that confirms power status. An USB power adapter and cable are supplied for continuous power, but you can also connect it to other sources such as a laptop or a power bank. An optional mounting bracket is available separately to easily attach/detach the unit.

Returns

- Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- How to Initiate a Return

- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
- Pack the product securely with the original packaging and all included accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items
Items that cannot be returned include:- Opened or used products
- Items missing original accessories
- Products purchased on promotional or clearance offers

Exceptions apply only in the case of manufacturer defects.
- Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:- The product has a manufacturing defect

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–15 business days. If the item does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
- Proof of Purchase
To complete a return or refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or proof of purchase. Without this, refunds cannot be issued.
