The default nozzle in this second-generation edition is a new Extended nozzle, which provides an airy yet focused presence boost instead of the broader high-end boost available from the Bright option. Balanced and Warm nozzles provide additional sound profile choices.
The SE846 Pro Gen 2 employs a 3-way system that provides dedicated distribution for low, mid, and high frequencies, along with a special low-pass filter designed to supply sub-like low-end response while maintaining clarity and detail. The earphones themselves have an ergonomic design with an angled nozzle that fits comfortably in your ear for hours of listening enjoyment or in-ear monitoring. The 64″ detachable cable can be easily replaced or removed if you want to substitute Bluetooth adapters. The sound-isolating design is capable of blocking up to 37 dB of ambient noise, and 12 pairs of earphone sleeves in various styles and sizes are included to ensure you get a comfortable fit that provides the best isolation. Also included is a soft carrying case, a 1/4″ adapter, a cable clip, and a nozzle removal key.
